About Us
Established in 1990, A St. Louis combination started by Al Wilson that is truly fantastic! The Wilson Family present their tradition of culinary delights, friendly atmosphere, and cool jazz entertainment. Smoked meats are seasoned to perfection and cooked the old fashioned way, "Slooooooooow". Meats are seasoned with Michon's own special blend of herbs and spices.

In 2003, Atlanta was introduced to a new dining experience. Michon’s Smoked Smokehouse quickly became more than just a great restaurant, but touched the heart and soul of not only Atlantans, but of travelers
from around the world.
After this experience you too will say,
"The taste speaks for itself!"
Working with Chef Gordon Ramsay
After a week long battle with the infamous Chef Gordan Ramsey, he was a pleasure to work with in filming his hit TV show 'Kitchen Nightmares!
Michon's episode pulled in over 2.2 million viewers, making it the top rated show in the history of Kitchen Nightmares.
Michon's episode did not portray a "nightmare" as other episodes typically do. It's main focus was on the owners passing the torch of the business to their daughter Natalie Michon.
When he walked in, he thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. He shared several nuggets of valuable information. He said "These wings are to die for...you have the Rolls Royce of Smokers"
